Unique, colonial accommodation, surrounded by Pemberton’s Karri Forest.

Glauder's Cottage, just 10 minutes from Pemberton, is the original settlers cottage built by the Glauder family in the early 1900's. The farm is unique in the Pemberton district as it is totally surrounded on all sides by vast Karri forest with two trout filled rivers running through it.

The kitchen is fully equipped - just bring your food (or catch it). Firewood, linen, towels and soaps are all supplied and cleaning is included in the price.

Losing none of its colonial charm, the cottage now boasts accommodation for 8 with three large bedrooms (consisting of two double bedrooms and a bunk room which sleeps four), two bathrooms, a large living room and spacious farmhouse kitchen, dining area and sunroom/conservatory. As a concession to the times, the house is now fully equipped with all the modern conveniences one would expect.

Everything you need to relax.

During the refurbishment, the verandas were enlarged and a sheltered wooden deck was added to create a marvellous outdoor living area and outdoor alfresco and dining area. The views are spectacular. And if you find you have trouble relaxing, there’s even a private deck with a spa.

Don’t forget your fishing tackle, favourite CD’s and a good book. Indoor games are also provided for enjoyable evenings around the fire listening to your favourite music.
